Seriously, the FCC has been nothing but a joke for about 10 years and this is just another drop in the bucket. The FCC has said that phone line companies no longer have to share their lines with smaller companies. So, if you use Earthlink than you'd better start looking for Yahoo DSL under SBC. This is foolish.
