Let's hope that this is as Scotland Yard suggests "not a major incident, yet." There was what looked like a suicide bomber attempt, but the bomb didn't go off.
The way this works is that they hit a button that causes a flash to detonate the bomb. Apparently the guy tried to do this and it didn't set off the bomb. Everyone ran out of that train car, so nobody is actually hurt.
