Get your shots, take your medicine and bring protective wear

The Dallas Observer (typically sort of hit or miss) has a great article on the horrible health conditions in the Dallas County Jail. I've been in that rathole more than enough times and can't say that I disagree. The article produces a little more evidence than my cursory examination.

I wish that I could agree if you think only the guilty are put in the jail.
