Yesterday, the US Supreme Court handed down a decision concerning the constitutionality of an injuction protecting the deceased attorney, Johnnie Cochran.
One of my friends co-wrote with a professor an amicus brief for this case. The court did come down on her side of the argument. Essentially holding that the injunction, as it stands, is an overly broad prior restraint upon speech as the injunction-forbidden speech could no longer affect Cochran.
Good job on the brief! I'm certain that this friend will have a rewarding this year with her federal clerkship.
