Do you have a license for those breasts?

It seems that San Antonio is going to require strippers to apply for and wear licenses to strip. This is being done to try to curb the amount of strippers in the city.

There is bound to be some interesting first amendment challenges to these restrictions.

The council, attempting to curb the number of clubs in the city, also banned nude dancing and "lap dancing" and ordered performers to keep a decent distance from patrons, drawing a vow from clubs to fight the restrictions in court.
