From Techcrunch, I see that there is a new way for people to scare themselves with knowledge of sex offenders in their very own neighborhood. Basically it allows a user to input their address and then it'll pull up the Windows Live map with a mashup. That mashup features balloons for each of the sex offenders in your area that you can click on to reveal more information about the individual sex offender.
