A report from the inspector general admits that USCIS (immigration services) is over processed and cannot meet current demand. The system is a mess and has little hope of improving in the near future. Working as an immigration advocate was one of the most frustrating, and often unrewarding, experiences of my life. I'm sure working at the CIS would be equally appalling.
I guess it's time for them to get with the 21st Century.
