Forgetting Con Law

Perhaps Dylan forgot that Roe and Casey typically fall under the due process line of constitutional cases, whereas Raich is a commerce clause case?

No, I was responding to Publius' claim that the federalism cases aren't about federalism but "allocation-of-institutional-power." If they are, so are the due process cases.
