Parents...guess what? You're child is more likely to die on the school bus than to be perped on by a predator. I guess the media couldn't draw the same amount of viewers if that's all they talked about. Or better yet, why don't you talk to your kids?

Well, as you know, I am from a small town. This week our local newspaper reported that a man who has lived in our community for the past 30 years, whom I have met a few times, was arrested for indecency with a child. Since that time, others have come forward with more accusations. It's very difficult for people to empathize with a predator. Car accidents, on the other hand, are a little easier for one to come to terms with because they are usually accidents.
