Maybe you should hope that it doesn't happen if the court comes down the wrong way in the consular access case they are hearing today.
Essentially there are 51 Mexican nationals on death row who were denied access to their consular office. The Court will decide whether this was an unconstitutional deprivation by such grand states as Texas.
Of course, the typical conservative outcry will be that international law has no place in America while on the same breath yelling that globalization is a necessity. The hypocricy from the witless will only get worse. I'm not feeling to strong about the court correcting this problem.
But in more promising news Jennifer Aniston is going to be single very soon.
