The Republican National committee has a few things to say about Edwards. As Leiter says,
The most amusing part, of course, is the suggestion that he is "unaccomplished." Consider: Edwards came from a working-class family, had no special breaks in life, yet went to college and law school, and became a skilled and successful attorney. Now contrast this with the current alleged President: he had every break in life, yet couldn't do anything successfully or even competently (he even bankrupted Texas, before departing). Don't these RNC goons have any idea how ridiculous this looks?
This whole thing reminds me of playground insults like, "at least I'm not fat!" The only difference being that the Republican National Committee isn't comprised of a bunch of prepubescent boys.
